Update! Plus the cutest thing you'll ever see

Why am I still up at this hour you may ask?  Because I'm addicted to funny baby videos on youtube!  This is my current favorite!  It just never gets old! 
 
 

Anyway, update on life.
1.  Spring Break at home was absolutely amazing!  It was a lot of fun taking my dear Kristy home to St. George with me and showing her exactly why that place will forever hold my heart.  And see the family was so great!  I was able to spend time with my sweet little sis.  I love that little girl!  I also was able to spend some time with Kennedy and my boys.  It was a good time!  The NCIS marathons were pretty great too.  Plus, I got a new car!  Lulu is great! 
2.  Shindig was awesome!  I got to dress you in 50's attire (made by the amazing Kristy), dance/sing/take pictures with Elvis, and dance with a super duper cute little blonde boy!  It was SO much fun.  And not gonna lie, my staff has some pretty sweet moves!   I'm impressed!
3.  School.  Well you know, that's keeping me busy as always.  But it's good! 
4.  I have a couple new song obsessions.  #1-Everything Elvis (so this one isn't all that new) #2-Falling In - Lifehouse #3-I Won't Give Up - Jason Mraz
5.  I was able to give some input on Theme Housing for next year.  I think it went well.  I feel good about it.  Super excited for the new year and all the changes and things happening.  Also looking forward to finishing off this year with a bang!  Lovin' life with this year's staff and residents!

Excitement!

Yesterday I received an email from Utah State University that said:

Dear Dacy,

Congratulations! On behalf of Housing and Residence Life, I am pleased to offer you a position as a Peer Mentor in the Appreciating the Arts Freshman Interest Group on the 3^nd floor of Valley View Tower for the 2012-2013 academic year.

I know that I am already a staff member so this shouldn't be that much of a shock but I am still super excited! Obviously it wasn't as big of a deal as it was last year but it makes me happy just the same! And there was a bit of a surprise. Notice it says "3rd floor." That's new! So yes, I have been rehired and I am super excited about it!
